Zoom Pro
Zoom Pro is speculative design project that rethinks the possibilities of a phone's camera. Using pogo pins, the Zoom Pro utilizes external lenses to maximize the capabilities of the camera.

Purpose
The purpose of this project was to refine CAD skills and experiment with CMF using KeyShot.

Most phone cameras utilize digital zoom in order to zoom in closer for a photo. This leads to grainy, pixelated, and blurry photos.

Due to the size of a phone, camera sensors can only get so large, limiting the amount of light and detail in a phone's camera sensor.
How can we improve the image quality of smartphone cameras externally without sacrificing portability or ease of use?

Concept
A phone that utilizes pogo pings to allow for multiple lens extensions to be attached to the main camera. These lenses can provide wide-angle, macro, or zoom lenses without the loss of quality.
Solidworks
Utilizing various modeling tools in SolidWorks to effectively model features of the phone design.

KeyShot
Using KeyShot to render realistic photos, and communicate design through hero shots.
CMF
Experimentation with color to determine how it affects the user's perception of a product's quality and value. Using KeyShot to find colors that work well with various materials and lighting conditions.
